You can download the Unofficial Lineage OS for your device model from below and install it on your device. These Lineage OS ROM builds might contain some bugs and if you are not worried about them then only proceed with the installation. So, scroll down and download Lineage OS for your device.
Lineage OS is expected to be available for the device which supported CM 13 or CM 14 or later builds of CyanogenMod i.e., Lineage OS will be based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and Android 7.0 Nougat firmware. How to Install Lineage OS on your device:
Step 1: Download Lineage OS ROM package from the above. Also download Lineage OS Gapps package from here.
Step 2: Copy both the zip packages to your device’s internal or external storage.
Step 3: Boot your device into Recovery Mode using the appropriate key combination.
Step 4: Install Lineage OS ROM Package and then install Gapps package. How? Follow the step by step instructions listed here.
Step 5: Clear Cache and Dalvik Cache.
Step 6: Reboot.
That’s it now you have Android device running Lineage OS.

Thanks for the list…sadly I am with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 which seems to always need a fork build of CyanogenMod….hoping the move to Lineage OS will get a more official release for my device.
i dont understand how they pick what phones to make it for (shamu) nexus 6 is on the list of devices they will support but they have them made for nexus 5,6p,7 i know alot of folks have been left out but why a earlier model and a newer model is there no rime or reason to this?
