I have a DZ09 Smartwatch and I’m struggling to get sound out of it even though my volume settings is 7 max.However, the sound is playing but at a very lowest of low level.

We have tools on the main screen and if you are not sure if it is original or face try installing .vxp apps on DZ09. If they get installed you can say that it is original and if it doesn’t then it’s fake.

Sorry, the firmware files shared here are for DZ09 powered by MTK6260 chipset. Try finding DZ09 firmware for MTK6261DA, else ask the seller to provide the firmware. Once you get the firmware downloaded, flash it on your watch. This will fix the touchscreen issue and other issues.
