How to install TWRP Recovery on Honor 8:

Step 1: Download the TWRP Recovery and rename it to recovery.img and paste it inside the Fastboot Folder.

Step 2: Make sure Fastboot folder is still open and press and hold the shift key and right click inside the folder at the empty space and choose Open command window here.

Step 3: Connect Huawei Honor 8 to PC and enter the below commands to install TWRP Recovery.

adb devices

This command lists the devices connected to PC with USB Debugging enabled. It is to confirm whether the device is connected to PC properly or not.

adb reboot bootloader

This command boots Honor 8 into Fastboot Mode or Bootloader Mode.

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

This command flashes TWRP Recovery on Honor 8.
