Design
Kospet Tank M1 sports a rugged and tough design to match the feel of adventure and outdoor sports. The watch is made of tough plastic with metal strips on both sides. Overall, the watch's build quality looks solid and military-grade while not being bulky and heavy.
On the front, Tank M1 flaunts a 1.72" TFT IPS display with 280x320 pixels resolution and a heart sensor on the back. On the right side, we have Power and Back button, while there are no buttons on the left.
Display
As mentioned earlier, Tank M1 flaunts a 1.72" TFT IPS display with 280x320 pixels resolution. The display is brighter and is easily usable in direct sunlight.
The screen sensitivity on the watch cannot be adjusted, but it is highly responsive and responds to touch inputs instantly. The screen turns off automatically after 10 seconds idle, and you can change the screen turn-off time from the Da Fit app. To wake up the screen, you can press the power button or raise and flip the wrist (provided you have enabled the SHAKE feature from watch settings).
Tank M1 Watch Interface
The default home screen of the watch displays time, date, distance walked, steps, BPM (Heart Rate), and calories burned. The default watch face is pretty minimal, and you can change it by long-pressing the home screen until the watch face selection mode is enabled. Alternatively, you can change the watch face from the Da Fit app.
Swiping from the left on the home screen brings a quick access panel to open weather, sleep monitor, remote camera shutter, notification, heart-rate monitor, and blood saturation monitor.
Swiping from the top on the home screen brings quick toggles to adjust brightness, enable theater mode, access settings, set countdown timer, enable or disable vibration, enable or disable power saving mode, remote camera shutter, and launch weather app.
Swiping from the bottom on the home screen allows you to access notifications sent from your smartphone after pairing it with the Da Fit app. You cannot reply to notifications from the watch, but you can see them, and if there is something important, you can take your phone out and respond to the notification.
Swiping from the right on the home screen gives you access to the steps counter, sleep monitor, Heart Rate measure, Excercise, BP (Blood Pressure), weather, remote camera shutter, SpO2, and Remote music controller.
The interface of the Tank M1 is easily navigable, and even novices can get familiar with it pretty quickly.

Health Features
Health-related features offered by Tank M1 include 24-hour heart-rate monitoring with dynamic heart rate warnings, sleep monitoring, Blood Pressure (BP) monitoring, Blood Oxygen Saturation monitoring (SpO2), etc.
Sports Modes
Tank M1 is designed for outdoor sports and activities, and it comes with 24 sports modes with intelligent recognition.

The watch doesn't have a GPS unit, so the sports data might not be totally accurate.
Durability
Tank M1 has passed dozens of military-standard durability tests, including extreme temperatures (-40°C~70°C), 12192m low-pressure altitude, 50m waterproof, dust test, and 96H salt spray test, 8H fluid contamination test, high humidity test, etc.
Battery
The Kospet Tank M1 is packed with a 380mAh battery which can easily last for two weeks with all the features enabled.
It takes about 2 hours to charge the watch from 0-100%. The charger comes with a strong magnetic connecter that connects to the backside of the watch.
Da Fit App Features
The Kospet Tank M1 pairs to the phone using the Da Fit app. The Da Fit app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
From the app, you get access to all the settings for the watch, and you can easily change them from the app.
Some of the watch settings that you can change from the app include - Watch Faces, Alarms, Time-format, Unit System, Battery Saving, Continuous Heart-Rate Monitoring, Control Phone Music, Language, Auto-Lock Time, Reset Watch, Drink Water Reminder, Weather Settings, etc.
Da Fit app will sync all your health and sports data from the watch and present it to you in an easily understandable manner. In addition, it allows you to check the historical health, fitness, and sports data and analyze it.
